Every day just about everyone at Canonical gets email by the bucket load. Even someone like me who’s only peripherally involved in desktop development and files his own bugs through the release cycle can get get hundreds of emails from Launchpad every day. So it made our day to get a letter like this from Neil in Monroeville.
In his letter Neil says he’s been using Ubuntu since 8.10, praises Unity and also files a bug he’s experiencing with the launcher in 11.04!
Neil, you don’t give us an email address but if you read this I’ve triaged your bug, marked it as confirmed and will be sending you a CD in the post which I hope will fix your problem :) Drop us an email if you can!

So you hid the full name here, but included it in the bug report. Doesn’t make much sense, right?
From the sound of words about the issue he reported it seems Unity team already fixed the issue this cycle, actually with the last update of Unity on Monday :-D
For a moment I thought why is Neil Jagdish Patel sending the mail when he himself is working on Unity?
Nope, the bug is NOT fixed. Another new corruption bug was, but not the old one.
Ok folks – please tell me if I am at the wrong place.
Is there a way to get the unity dock to go to the bottom of the screen rather than the left side?
Also, is there a way to make the icons smaller? I work on a laptop and the loss of real estate when the entire dock pops up on the left side is considerable.
So, how does one configure how the dock works?

One other thing is that often individual states have their own laws that affect property owners, which makes it quite hard for the Congress to come up with a fresh set of recommendations concerning foreclosures on home owners. The problem is that each state has got own guidelines which may interact in an unwanted manner in terms of foreclosure insurance policies.
